Tyler SP / Tyler Texas - Adventures Of Texas State Parks / Trekking Texas 80 Plus

   Heading up Highway 14 to get into Tyler SP " my home Park " is always a nice drive in the country. I visit this park often to get my kayak out and get out on the Mountain Bike trails.

  Starting ADOTSP / Trekking Texas 80 on Valentines Day so I decided to include my wife and daughter. I went out to the park a few hours early to get some photos in and check in on the cabin before the family was able to come out. When I got to the park there was a small line trying to check in but it went pretty fast and smooth. 

    Tyler State Park reminds me of growing up and camping back home with the rolling hills around the lake. I have always had very friendly reactions coming out here. Even with Tyler SP being so close to home I feel that I'm out far enough in nature that piece and quiet comes natural.
